Shipping
All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days of us receiving payment by MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal. All orders are given a tracking number once they have been shipped and you can check the tracking number by logging into the section entitled "Order Tracking".
It is your responsibility to check your order immediately when it arrives. Any issues, including damage to your items or wrong items shipped, must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your order so we can take appropriate action to remedy the situation. To report an issue with your order, please visit our contact page.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your items, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and correct return address. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA#on the outside of the package.
Once you have the RA#, simply return the items to the address given with the RA# – in the same condition you received it – within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to refund the original price or send you an exchange as long as the item is in original condition with its original packaging. We apologize that we are unable to refund shipping.
Since many of the items we offer are one-of-a-kind, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace an item with another that is the same. In the event that an exchange is requested, we are happy to let you choose another design with the same price from our collection as a replacement.
