All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days of us receiving payment by MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal. All orders are given a tracking number once they have been shipped and you can check the tracking number by logging into the section entitled “Order Tracking”.

It is your responsibility to check your order immediately when it arrives. Any issues, including damage to your items or wrong items shipped, must be reported to us within 24 hours of you receiving your order so we can take appropriate action to remedy the situation.
